PJSC UKRSOTSBANK - advising on granting a loan to Kyiv-Atlantic Ukraine

In July 2013 PJSC UKRSOTSBANK signed the Facility Agreement for granting a UAH 32 million loan facility to Kyiv-Atlantic Ukraine, one of the largest producers of animal feeds in Ukraine.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to PJSC UKRSOTSBANK in this matter, including transactional support, as well as issuance of legal opinion in favour of the lender with regard to the transaction documents.
