Representing a large German manufacturer of printing equipment in a debt collection matter against a Ukrainian buyer, including a receivables collection litigation, advising on the extra-judicial collection proceedings, enforcement of real estate mortgage, counterclaims for damages allegedly incurred by the buyer of the equipment, as well as criminal proceedings against the executives of the parties on the case.
