Representing the receivers of Mr. Ablyazov’s assets

Representing the receivers appointed by the London Commercial Court of English High Court of Justice for the worldwide assets of Mukhtar Ablyazov (a Kazakh tycoon and former chairman of BTA Bank, one of the major banks of Kazakhstan) who is sued by BTA Bank for fraud and damages amounting to over US $6 billion in total, in a series of proceedings in Ukraine connected with recognition and enforcement of the English court orders and obtaining control over the Ukrainian assets of Mr. Ablyazov.
