Restructuring of the production division

We advised leading tobacco company in connection with the restructuring of the production division in their Ukrainian brunch. The legal advice included analysis of the current structure, recommendations regarding creations of new roles and positions accompanied with development of job descriptions for each new position, the process of transfer of employees to new positions, as well as carrying out a competition for employees who want to prove their capability to hold the position in the new structure.
