Company raider seizure and illegal seizure of property for debt settlement

In connection with the attempted raider seizure of the company, the illegal collection of claims from the applicant's property by the creditor and the failure to properly legal assessment of these circumstances by national courts, an application to the ECHR was submitted for violation of the client's rights to a fair trial and violation of the client's rights to property protection.
