Dispute with the insured over payment of an insurance indemnity

Acting for a leading Ukrainian insurance company in a dispute with the insured over payment of an insurance indemnity in connection with the destruction of manufacturing and engineering equipment intended for the construction of a cement plant, which equipment had been pledged and kept in safe custody, as a result of a fire at a seaport.
