Acting as local legal advisers for Tahitian Noni International Inc. and consulting regarding TNI’s business activities in Ukraine, including import of the TNI products into Ukraine, structuring and planning of TNI business (distribution) in Ukraine, legal analysis of TNI’s corporate documents, tax advice, as well as consulting regarding establishment, tax, employment and other corporate issues of the local affiliate – TNI Ukraine.
