Trademarks and trade name infringement

Representing an international radio network at courts in a range of cases regarding trademarks and trade name infringement, as well as disputes regarding trademark registration invalidation. The court decided to dismiss the claim for termination of the international trademark registration held by our client and to prohibit the unauthorized use of our client’s trademark.
