Philips – trademarks infringement

Representing Philips in pre-litigation procedures with regard to the protection of our client’s trademarks.
The infringing company imported electronic appliances into Ukraine under the trademarks confusingly similar to those held by our client. The dispute was successfully settled and the imports infringing our client’s intellectual property rights were terminated.
