Labour dispute

Representing a Ukrainian subsidiary of a major Greek bank in a court labour dispute regarding early termination of employment with top manager, as well as collection of salary and recovery of moral damages in the total amount of about USD 60,000. The case was successfully resolved in courts of all instances.
