Doing business in Ukraine

Vasil Kisil & Partners advised Dentsply Materialize on the choice of an operational structure for doing business in Ukraine, including issues related to tax structuring of its relations with contractors, value-added taxation and corporate income taxation of its operations, execution of employment agreements and service agreements with individual entrepreneurs. On top of that, the company was offered several alternative operational structures.
