The Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine adopted on 13 May 2020 Draft Law No. 2571-д on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve Specific Mechanisms for Banking Regulation (so called “Anti-Kolomoisky Law”) (the “Law”).
