Vasil Kisil & Partners advise ODASCO on acquiring 4.9 MW solar plant in Cherkasy region

ODASCO, a UAE-based leading company in innovative automation and electrical services, has entered the Ukrainian renewable energy market by acquiring a 4.9 MW solar project to be implemented in Cherkasy region.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a sole legal advisor to ODASCO on all matters of the transaction, including advice on the pre-PPA and feed-in tariff auctions, project due diligence, and drafting and negotiating a set of acquisition documents.
