According to the survey “HR brand of a law firm" conducted by "The Legal Newspaper" Vasil Kisil and Partners has been recognized as HR-brand №1 in the Ukrainian legal market.

Student’s League of the Ukrainian Bar Association was the media partner of the survey. Graduating students of law schools took part in the survey by answering a questionnaire. Vasil Kisil and Partners was named "Dream law firm" by students and participants of the survey. The formation of HR-brand in a law firm, according to young lawyers, is influenced by such factors as: shared values, official employment and "white" salary, good relationships between executive team and subordinates, internal system of training and employee’s development, career opportunities.
