Vasil Kisil & Partners Announces Expansion of the Management Team

The Partners’ Board Meeting of Vasil Kisil & Partners announced the promotion of Valeriya Savchuk, Senior Associate, to the Counsel position.

Valeriya Savchuk specializes in labor law issues of both conflicting (resolution of labor disputes related to dismissals and reductions) and non-conflicting nature (execution of employment agreements with top managers, employment of foreign nationals).

Ms Savchuk has extensive experience of providing legal assistance in projects involving the drafting and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, drafting of employment agreements for the top management, legal support for dismissal of personnel and reduction of staff, and resolution of labor disputes.

Valeriya Savchuk has been a member of the HR Committee Board, European Business Association, since 2015, and a member of the working group for modifying the draft Labor Code for the second reading at the Committee of Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine for Social Policy, Employment and Pension Benefits and a member of Council of the Committee on Labor Law, Ukrainian Bar Association, since 2016.

Valeriya Savchuk joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2011. In 2017 Chambers Europe recognized Valeriya's professionalism in labor and employment law and Ukrainian Law Firms 2017. A Handbook for Foreign Clients listed Ms Savchuk among the notable employment lawyers.
