Government purchases dispute

Representing a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company in litigation against the Ministry of Health Protection of Ukraine with regard to a tender for $50 million government purchases. In a rather unprecedented judgment the actions of the Ukrainian Vice-Minister of Health were qualified as unlawful interference with court proceedings.
