Advising on Expansion of Production Facilities in Ukraine

In late 2019, Lekhim-Obukhiv LLC purchased two land plots of a total area of nearly 2 ha in Obukhiv, Kyiv Region, intended for the expansion of its production facilities. 

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a sole legal advisor in the transaction and advised the investor on all matters of land plots title due diligence, provided recommendations based on the due diligence results, structured the transaction, drafted a purchase agreement, etc.
